For investing principles and deal analysis, The Book on Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner is excellent, it covers cash flow, evaluating deals, and basic financing strategies.

I’m in search of a comprehensive guide that covers the fundamental aspects of real estate investing, such as key principles for successful investments, effective lending strategies, thorough deal analysis techniques, understanding syndications, and property management best practices.

What a strange concept, I thought.But in my research I am now wondering what some experts might think about.....what I'm thinking....Ok, so if I finance a conventional mortgage (conventional as in amortizing), the principle adds a substantial amount of cost to my monthly payment. 

If you all know of a post or other resource you can link to with basics like this, I'm happy to read that instead of you typing a bunch of stuff out ha!

In my over half century investing in real estate I have never really found a book or singular resource that "ties together the essentials - investing principles, lending strategies, dal analysis, syndications and PM best practices" as you ask.  

From what I've seen, you're indeed at risk of veil piercing if you do not observe some basic principles with the LLC (e.g. need to file annual report and pay fees, not mix up personal vs. business funds, etc.).

Finally met with someone who was recommended from a really good source and the result of the meeting was basically what I had predicted, so no financial advisor for us.

Did you confirm the 2% annual management fee is deducted from principle prior to principle being returned? 

With a flat fee per month, towards principle.
