Do you have another vocation/business that would entice them to give you money if they think they can earn that business?

Along the way, I have encountered many lessons from the school of hard Knox & achieved a self educated MBA (Management by Absence) degree in overall business, investment, real estate & strategy to be fully optimized to help others succeed in the business.I don’t promote that much, but I primarily help service other investors with their wealth strategies, business/personal optimization goals, credit, coaching, acquisitions, operations, lending/financing & more.

Someone posted recently they believed Airbnb's algo changed to promote flexible cancellation policies (and pet-friendly properties) more greatly.

I also want to entice him to finish the job fast, especially as I have holding costs of an hard money loan.

I don’t care if someone is promoting their services as long as the information they provide is truthful, beneficial and they provide the positives and negatives without bias. 

Are the promoted and built in platforms with BP pro worth it?

Many education programs that could be scams promote junk services and the quality of all they sell or promote is definitely junk. 

Do higher GP co-invest levels meaningfully influence LP expectations around splits and promotes?
