What apps/AI do you use to help inspire cosmetic changes to enhance property value?

One thing I’ve found really helpful in this space is having everything tied together instead of bouncing between separate apps.

Granted, this is just an app to get pre approved, but I'm concerned that without all the correct DSCR needed information, the process will get stalled.
