Hello I've  heard about Master Lease Agreement and I wanted to know is a master lease agreement a good or smart way to start in Real estate investing and what are some downsides of using MLA's. 

I know a few people that have been successful with it in San Antonio but only if you can negotiate a longer lease term. 3+ years to recoup the cost of furnishing the home. 

This is my first rental property and I want to make sure that I have all of the right language and protections in the lease agreement.

Unless you have a massive amount of lease terms that are changing from the original lease agreement, you can use a simple Lease Amendment, not an addendum, to renew your lease. 

Hi all,I'm trying to explore mid-term rentals and would like to know how the lease differs from normal long-term rental leases.

Trust your gut on this one, you’re right that you should be using your lease, not theirs.

You could always do a commercial lease but I was thinking this is for an individual ala "We Work".
