In Florida, Teen killed in motorcycle accident  ( highly suspect that his plan to claim on insurance went awry and strong prescription painkillers involved).Single person occupancy and he was the only person on lease.He was in the midst of moving out, but left behind starving animals, drug paraphernalia, junk.Now multiple strangers are driving around and selling off his 6 vehicles and have been staying in the house after his death. 

If/when I find any "smoking paraphernalia" during my inspections, I'll hit them with a $25 Lease Violation Fee.

Police let him off with a warning for the drugs and paraphernalia, and they give him a pretty strict lecture. 

The place was a total wreck and drug paraphernalia was found on site.  

Most people are pretty good at hiding their paraphernalia and narcotics.

At the move out inspection meth paraphernalia was found. 

After the tenant moved out, we noticed beds and various other paraphernalia in there. 

For some reason, some tenants have no issue leaving paraphernalia out while a plumber visits but would hide that from an owner.Also be on good terms with your neighbors. 

Now you would think that a city would be grateful to a citizen who was not only improving one of it’s historical assets that was condemned and dilapidated, as well as a drug den with paraphernalia laying about, but also bringing an error to their attention.
