We’re evaluating property management software for a small portfolio: 2 short-term rentals (STRs) and 8 long-term rental (LTR) doors.

Then I got an application from a highly qualified applicant who wants to move in in 3 weeks!

Good tenants are not going to pay an application fee before viewing a unit.

If this application makes you uncomfortable now, it’s usually a sign to keep screening.
