Looking to rent one of my appartment, what is thr best software to start managing tenant remotely ? Where i can do background checks ?

Hey Juan — for a first rental, I’d focus on two things: easy rent collection and a solid screening process.
I’ve been using Baselane’s platform for mine, and it covers both. You can collect rent online (so you’re not chasing checks), and their tenant screening tool pulls credit, background, eviction history, and income verification in one place — which saves a lot of back-and-forth.
A lot of tools out there split those features up, so you end up stitching things together. I liked having it all in one workflow once a tenant applies → gets approved → starts paying rent.
For starting out and managing remotely, keeping things simple like that goes a long way.
