You’re right — there’s been a noticeable shift lately with AI in real estate, and a lot of investors are experimenting with exactly the types of tasks you mentioned.

It feels... icky to buy from a company using AI like that.It's best just to record YOURSELF in the video.

No need to add more AI apps when they do the same thing as what you described.
