I’ve run into this exact issue managing properties under different LLCs, and the simple rent apps usually fall short once you start separating bank accounts.

Is there another app/platform that you use to just collect rents?

This year I’m testing a new one that allows you to scale and be as involve or as hands off as you want, the name is Hemlane, a lot lore expensive than Avail, but still cheaper than 10% management fee.It is key to have your boots on the ground when there is an issue to address the problem right away.For tracking the time spent on properties, maintenance and expenses I use an app called Csium. 

I have even complained to Google and Apple and in astonished that the app is still available for people to download and get scammed out of money. 

With a case study you can lay out a few options and compare them apples to apples and then the pros and cons present themselves to see.
