Hey everyone,I'm currently in my sophomore year of college and I'm looking to buy a fourplex and live in one of the units while renting out the others.

Most of those declines were for short stays during peak season.We corrected the issue by updating our minimum stay requirements, but VRBO still refuses to reactivate the account.We have tried calling VRBO, but customer service has not been helpful.

If we lose a customer, another one will come back.  

I’ve also begun the process of getting my real estate license.My end goal (at the moment) is ownership and investing or , but part of me is considering working at a brokerage for a few years after college to learn from experienced agents/operators and build a real world experience before scaling further.At the same time, I want to go back to school and finish a degree.

We always accept payment prior to a customer moving in.

Most of my customers are looking for distressed properties with potential for a flip.

I didn’t see one on college street.

There are people out there without high school or college degrees earning 6-7 figures wholesaling.

I'd include pictures (where applicable), and detailed descriptions of what is expected from the customer.
