It’s been simple to set up and easy to maintain as I’ve grown.If you’re mainly looking for something user-friendly and not overloaded with features you won’t use, it might be worth checking out.

Hello @James Sutton,If you need to upgrade in order to post deals, it may be worth it considering the other features you'd be able to use.

A lot of the comments here are referencing dated feature sets.

I like ezLandlordForms because of the tenant screening feature, the better lease agreement options, and rent payments.

That depends on what features you need use and if you desire to support this platform.  

Innago also has a feature to only accept payment in full including all fees and expenses.

Between the typical features covered in the STR and LTR PMS's, all of your MTR needs will be covered.

Your feedback and experiences could greatly help us fine-tune our approach or develop other features that you would find valuable.  

Currently have 40 doors which I self manage and looking to upgrade from the simple Landlordy app I currently use to something with more Features so I can focus on having more free time. 

But Baselane offered a lot of features I was seeking so I lean strongly in the direction of Baselane... but then I found a huge gap in their offering: They don't offer client communications tools, maintenance request tools, etc., I was shocked that they don't have any of that.
