I’m planning to post updates as the build progresses and would love to hear input from any other owner-builders out there.Just wanted to say thanks to everyone here for the inspiration over the past couple years and helping me get over my analysis paralysis 😄

However, in looking more into Robert's philosophy and other research, his books are great for mindset and inspiration.

I’ve been inspired for the last few years by real estate professionals and their experiences that I’ve heard and read about.

It's inspiring to see all of you doing your thing.  

It’s awesome that you already have a home and some equity to work with, and even more inspiring that you know your WHY and are committed to building generational wealth.

These forums inspired me to manage my finances differently.
