Start to my RE Investing Journey

Posted

I’ve always been passionate about real estate, and I know my WHY and that's to build generational wealth. Taking that first step has definitely felt intimidating especially since I don’t have a lot of extra income to work with but I know growth happens on the other side of that fear, and I’m ready to push past it. I already own a home and have built some equity, and while I’m still learning how to best leverage it, I’m excited knowing this is just the beginning. I’m fully committed to educating myself, and excited to use Bigger Pockets to help do so!

Hi @Lynnette Perez Mercado, welcome to the BP Forum! Which property types interest you most, SFR, 2-4 MF, or 5+ MF? What is your price range/down payment amount? Are you looking for turn-key properties or something along the lines of a "fixer upper"? Are you looking for properties in your local market or somewhere else?2
