For now, try to isolate infested items in plastic bags, wash and dry clothings and other fabrics on hottest settings possible, vacuum carefully, and reduce clutter where bed bugs could hide.

I have them in a small plastic organizer above the washer and dryer, with a sign asking guests to wash and return them if they are used, so the cleaner doesn't have to deal with them.

The heat from the lower unit was so intense that in the upper unit while it did not burn, everything plastic was molten - like the TV on the wall looked like a Salvador Dali painting. 18 months of investigations, court hearings, attorney meetings, paperwork, insurance correspondence, the family of the victim sued him,... not to mention rebuilding after.

There's also units with plywood over the sliding doors and some units completely stripped down that you can just walk into if you want with plastic over the door b/c of mold.One of their VP's of Asset Management (A.S.) before she got laid off/fired with everyone else at Book n Ladder pretty much admitted it's a **** show going up in flames.

Most of the "guts" of appliances have barely changed in the last 40 years (other than materials going from metals to plastics) - it's almost always the "features" that go bad in appliances.

Thank you so much and appreciate your responses, when we kept the price high, few buyers said that it was high, and no grass at that point, so we filled with grass and taken care of clearing some bushes backyard, and kept reducing the price, now people are suspecious about pool, why we closed it, it was a plastic pool and was broken , dont want to put more, so we choose to close it, i dont know if i can do any with that now.yes I changed the agent to another one, its been  a month.
