Dear Friends, I'm still struggling to sell my property in Northrichland Hills in  Dallas TX, planning to list it for rental , what are the best marketing platforms that i can list for rental so that it goes fast, because I have been waiting on this for 5 months , lost so much, just need some quick alternatives, please suggest, appreciate your responses.

The market has slow in many areas of DFW.  One idea is to put it up for sale and lease at the same time and take what comes first.  I would argue that after 5 months your price is too high for the market.  It can sell and homes do sell, but has to be at the right price for the condition and access.

If you want the brutal truth here on BP, post the address.  You may not get the feedback you want to hear, but you will get brutal feedback you might need to hear.

I just rented one in NRH last month.  It was pretty interesting that we went with owner's price first and we just didn't get hardly any activity for a couple of months.  We dropped to my initial suggested price and phone rang off the hook and we got it leased to what I hope will be a great long term tenant.   Sometimes just $100 can make the difference on a rental and the same goes for sales, even though the numbers are bigger.  When you get it in the right range you will know where the market is by the number of showings, inquiries, and applications/offers you get.  The trick is to find the right number.
