The seller did the remodel and listed the property for sale and he accepted my offer.

I have a property I’m planning to close on in the next few days, and longer term I want to build a reliable team for future projects as well.I’m specifically trying to work with contractors who are used to investor projects, not high-end homeowner remodels.

Will you guys attempt another remodel at this size or stay away from the gut remodels?

My concern is your operating costs with the remodeled duplex. do you know anything about that remodel?

I pay other small businesses (LLCs) for work they do on my property (remodels, AC work, a new fence, new roof, etc).
