there is a 3rd party platform that is gaining traction that is a forum for investor reviews/feedback. 

For example as asset manager (my units using PM are STRs), I look at monthly statements, new reviews on the various OTAs, forward looking reservation calendar, new/cancelled bookings, read all correspondence from the PM, attend any PM virtual town halls, approve repair requests from the pm, incorporate data into QuickBooks (we have someone that sometimes does this for us), and attend (sometimes virtually) council meetings were STRs are on the agenda .
