It’s smart that you’re thinking beyond just compliance and looking at the bigger picture.From my experience, the key is working with someone who understands how all the pieces fit together — taxes, entity structure, passive activity rules, and long-term planning.

My experience tells me that there are probably 5% of agents that would be able to assist you with this type of deal and finding them would be very difficult.

This approach supports sustainability, reduces urban sprawl, and makes better use of existing infrastructure.What about Whatcom County?

I love and use Triumph Construction - they're amazing. and looking to add a couple more folks for my contracts, such as HVAC, Electrician, and Plumber.

If this was in coastal New England, it would have to go.
