We have a paid BeenVerified subscription and I'm a Realtor so I have access to Forewarn - I have found that BeenVerified's information is grossly outdated and inaccurate when compared to Forewarn.I can't use Forewarn for skip tracing since it goes against the intended use as a Realtor - is there any data source out there as accurate as Forewarn, that I could subscribe to?

Usually accessed through a REALTOR®.Attorney-drafted lease – Worth it if you want something tailored or plan to hold long-term or scale.Online options – Zillow or Avail can work for simple rentals, just make sure it’s GA-specific.If you have a realtor that you used, I'd recommend #1.

These reports are usually a lot better, but still have a lot of additional screening we do outside these reports.OKC realtors/agents now have access to Rental Beast for free (can put report fees on applicants), which is through OKC MLS.
