Property Management Platform Suggestions

I'm working on my first rental listing and pre-screening checklist.   I'm a little familiar with platforms like Stessa and Avail to help manage properties but I'm curious what everyone uses, and why?   I read a lot from Bigger Pocket members using Zillow and RentRedi to post their listing and pre-screen tenants but also read of Zillow's shortcomings.   I'd love to hear what you're using and why.   TIA   :)

One thing I learned the hard way - set your screening criteria first, then pick the platform. Income 3x rent, no evictions, solid references. What's your biggest worry - the screening itself or finding good tenants?
