Today, 3 percent of flights have been cancelled by the major airlines, and that ratchets up to 10 percent next week. 

Hopefully it’s an out of town STR and you can show airline tickets or gasoline purchased in town.

This is why you see airlines like Spirit and frontier operating like they do.If I just increase my price 15%, the guest now sees it all up front and not added in check out.

Do you want the primary bedroom with an ensuite bath or if you can rent that one for an extra $100 and you take one of the bedrooms with shared bath.I pick occupany of 70% because that is probably where a lot of hotels and airlines are, but that can also depend on you and how active and agressive and maybe how lucky you are finding roommates and maintaining the property.

Lawsuits and FTC inquiries and fines for hidden fees go back decades, and for a variety of different business types:  AT&T, the airlines, you name it.  

It's like Delta Airlines announcing there getting into the luggage business.

Thanks againAs for Austin: Companies and events are leaving Austin or canceling, airlines are canceling routes and I personally know 5 families who left Austin (fed up of the traffic, hype, $17 tacos and sheer heat) so I am going to disagree with you on the net negative growth.
