Reasonable restrictions can be instituted, in writing, which include providing a current, local veterinarian's report on the animal showing vaccine status, sex, spayed/neutered (required to prevent aggressive behavior or Commercial use), if the subject property is a multi-family dwelling, a carrier or leash is required at all times in common areas such as stairwells, elevators, and walkways, unless that would interfere with the specific task the animal performed.
