Nothing more frustrating for guests than trying to get help from someone in East Asia.

For example, when the 1997 financial crash hit while I was living in Singapore, everyone panicked as companies shut down and thousands of jobs were lost, it was a traumatic time to be in Southeast Asia.

Lots of people move to SE Asia to do the same, the ones doing it in Spain and Portugal are usually well off.

Additionally, while Secretary Bessent is in Asia, I bet he takes advantage of his geography and meets with other Asian country leaders.

I'm restarting my real estate investing after being out of the game for about 20 years but am living in Asia right now so am a bit far away to be doing any serious buying and flipping.

I've honestly just had so many insane real-life business things going on - Been traveling Central Asia for work and doing international business deals. 

And for sure when I go to Asia or Europe its always a bizz class seat ( lie Flat).. the thought of being scrunched in in coach I just cant handle.. :)  Although sometimes one has to as its the only plane that flys like to small markets were I go fishing. 

Market is India or China.Versus 1,2,3  Asia uses A/B/C/Rough.
