Before paying for a formal appraisal, I’m trying to get a rough idea of what something like this is actually worth so I can decide whether buying makes more sense than continuing to rent and also have an idea of the type of additional debt I’d be assuming on top of the practice purchase.The only real information I have is the current county assessor value for 2025($623K), but I don’t know how closely a tax assessment mirrors market value with medical/dental condo space.
