Hello Moderators,

I have a question about the moderation of AI on the forums. Is anyone enforcing it anymore? I just responded to this post thinking it would be a serious discussion and I just ended up talking to a Chatbot - https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/12/topics/1272452-the-f...

It eliminates what, in my opinion, is the main purpose of these public forums
