They have a beta import feature for appfolio, so if your property manager uses that you can upload the PDF statements.

I ended up building a tool (Brickfolio, brickfolio.org, free beta) that has a built-in timer so my wife can start and stop tracking as she works, with the activity categories pre-loaded from the IRS audit guide.

I suspect Montgomery may be your best bet, as you should have a sizeable LTR tenant population there.
