. - Integrated device (locks/thermostats/etc) features are nice, but with only 2-4 devices included in main subscription a clear upsell on larger rentals.

In the leasing contract it clearly states that the tenant is not allowed to change any security device or locks without written permission from the landlord.

@Paul M.I know it's been five months since your post, but you may want to look at Tenant Access for connecting smart locks in one place and for equipment financing that gets around the bulky upfront costs for smart locks and other smart devices.
