I've been watching this space for a while, but I finally set up my BP account today. Hi, all!
I'm Jeff. I've invested in multifamily deals in recent years (mostly in the Midwest and Florida), all while living abroad (current in The Netherlands). My day job has me working on a platform that quickly connects commercial debt brokers with lenders nationwide, so I try and keep my ear to the ground on everything CRE.
