any new updates from anybody work with Chase Real Estate?

Good morning all - I have been following Chase Real Estate for quite some time and trying to do my due diligence before actually purchasing through them to flip.

I just recently acquired 2 plots of land in St Cloud Florida in a gated townhome community from a tax deed auction.

Bottom line, this is how most storm chasers work.

Docusign wouldn't work for this, and I have concerns about the true security of Dropbox and similar cloud storage (contact support for any of these providers and the support person almost always has complete access to your files - doesn't feel secure enough to me for storing borrower social security numbers or statements with bank account numbers visible).In researching how other private lenders are operating, I see many of them have custom websites with (assumed) encrypted backends - as a small lender, the cost of custom web presence is prohibitive and probably unnecessary until I reach a higher deal flow.So am I overthinking this aspect?

That added stress can cloud decision-making, particularly when you’re still learning the ropes.I do have a HELOC, but I treat it more as a rainy day fund or short-term liquidity option — not as core capital for deals.

So over the past 20+ years, enough "storm chasers" have come through and many have stayed or opened a satellite office here etc.

Any issues of record that cloud title are on the title company.  

Don’t let that cloud the bigger picture.Real estate has a long track record of gaining value over time.
