Does anyone own any lots in Portofino Vista Community?

I was just wondering if you or anyone you know owns any vacant lots in the Portofino Vista community in St. Cloud, FL? If so, what has been your experience in formulating an exit strategy? Do you know anything about the original developer, Prime Homes? Any insight would be greatly appreciated, thank you so much in advance!
