Sounds easy, but it is a large 25 x 70' building that is full of at least 10 very large, very heavy machines.

Either you fix most things or you have machines down.  

Whichever brand, look into machines with a card system.

Make it a coffee shop.

Hearing from many testimonials by talking to real Padsplit owners in person, it seems to be a true cashflow machine coming from a single family residence.

I've been trying to track my burn rate on consumable items like soap and coffee and stuff, but I kind of assumed things like sheets would be replaced at most once a year.  

Also, consider having breakfast options for your guests or at least coffee.

i assume with age, deferred maintenance, old appliances, basically time machine when they went into retirement, thats all good.
