In the meantime, I would comb your local market's investor facebook page to find investor deals and get into the habit of analyzing deals and then running it by a trusted investor or agent.

I combed through it in AirDna a while back.

I'm not an attorney myself but I do have one combing through the fine print of the contract at the moment.

The tool is a good start but not usable when we're combing through so many properties.

I struggled with this logic when I started out in 2018, and I'm here to tell you not every house has been combed through by investors.
