From what I have seen if it is optional, there is a much lower uptake % than I would have thought, so the additional NOI may not be as great as we would have thought.I am not sure the two options of interior upgrades and fiber Infrastruction are interchangeable.

Just happened to notice your WiFi says "Fast Wifi, 58Mbs" This is actually extremely slow, perhaps look into updating that with Fiber internet which is 10-20x faster.
