I went to several of the LIOS webinars including that one (those were the highly desirable cucumbers deal where you bought the greenhouse and they held the land correct?).  

" And I respond , " No , if they were you would be cozy warm all winter , and cool as a cucumber all summer , you wouldnt turn off a light , and your friends would be over doing their laundry " 

There was the cucumber lady and her nightly show, I'll leave that up to your imagination.

The show was a lady (that's too nice of a word) that came by every evening and it involved a cucumber.

Once a pickle, she'll never again be a cucumber so if her drinking has an impact on your rental property and effective management as you've alluded to (and there is apparently a history) you're on notice of the ongoing problem.
