Do your STR tenants change the wifi network name in your places?

There's 4 co-workers staying at 4 apartments pretty close to each other in an apartment complex.  I give each apartment a network name that is the same as the mailing address of the apartment.  Some wise guy changed his network name to something to the effect of "Eff all y'all".

Your STR tenants should not have the network administrator's password. If they can change the network name, they can change the password. You should have guest accounts that give them access to the wifi but not the ability to change the network name, password or wireless security.
