I’ve tried calling Zillow (but couldn’t find a working phone number) and emailed their customer service, but I haven’t received any response yet.I’m very concerned because in the past I personally experienced scammers reposting my property listing on other websites, pretending it was theirs and asking people for deposits.

It barely justifies obtaining the work, managing the tasks, billing the customers (he does terrible billing for the work which also does not help with paying the handymen - he has a customer he has been working for since August that he has not yet billed (this is not fair for anyone)), and scheduling the handymen.

No Contractor will give you their bad jobs customers to talk to....you will only get 3 of their best customers...everyone has a few even if they are horrible. 2) Make sure you get Lien Releases from every Subcontractor involved in the project, not just from the GC himself.
