I’ve tried calling Zillow (but couldn’t find a working phone number) and emailed their customer service, but I haven’t received any response yet.I’m very concerned because in the past I personally experienced scammers reposting my property listing on other websites, pretending it was theirs and asking people for deposits.

We've been doing a mix of custom residential projects - single family renovations, additions, new builds, etc. - as well as developer driven urban infill projects - small apartment and condo buildings, duplexes, ADUs, site analysis studies, etc.

I do not have any experience with Schlage Encode but was aware that they have many happy customers.   

And that person is generally higher than a BM (Branch Manager), especially to install a customer-facing appliance like an ATM.The corporate machine moves at its own speed.

However, former spouse also had claim to property which passed to their power of attorney when they deceased.Both parties are in agreement that the customer I am in contact with has rightful ownership to property and is willing to sign over their rights accordingly.
