I’m in my mid-30s, married, and we have a young daughter.

Which isn't true, I'm debt-free, great credit (800+) but the banks are going off a property that I gave to my daughter with my name still attached to the mortgage, which she pays since adding her to the deed.

The thought of leaving without my husband and daughter (20, college student) really kills me, but I need to do something to generate a steady cash flow and Massachusetts just isn't it.

After she moved in she paid for a couple of months and then moved in her daughter and the daughter's kids together.

We have a 8 &5.5 year old daughter.

Some high and lowlights:- I had one tenant that brought German cockroaches in and then blamed it on me- Same tenant asking if her daughter can visit but failed to mention it was 5 more very noisy people- another tenant having constant loud arguments with his gf- tenant saved some of my stuff when the house flooded due to a pipe burst and another time during a monster rain storm.

I have a 17 year old daughter who just started in the business as well!  

Ive had to deal with leaking pipes will on the road back from my daughters soccer game an hour away, Ive dealt with guests arriving at 1 am and not understanding how to work a smart lock in the dark, I've dealt with cleaners backed up due to circumstances and guests arriving early and having to wait an extra hour beyond check-in time because the place wasnt clean.I did try to prepare and I have the numbers for a 24-hour plumber and my handyman does off hour calls and we have negotiated his rates.

If her daughter is moving in a few months, she's going to have to figure out how to pay rent either at your place or the other place on her own.
