Jake Tomlin- Intro

Jake Tomlin
Posted

Hey everyone,

My name is Jake. I’m a 19-year-old based in Connecticut, currently working toward my CT Real Estate Salesperson license and actively learning wholesaling. My long-term goal is to become a full-time real estate investor.

Right now, I’m focused on building relationships with other investors, wholesalers, agents, and anyone actively closing deals in CT or New England. I’m especially interested in learning how others are finding and structuring their first few deals.

If you’re open to networking, collaborating, or even just sharing advice on what you wish you knew when starting out, I’d love to connect. Always looking to learn and add value where I can.

Thanks in advance!

Jake, mad respect for starting at 19. Your first deals won't come from perfect marketing - they come from following up relentlessly. Most people call once and ghost, but the real money happens on calls 3-7. What's your plan for staying on leads that don't bite right away?
