I understand I could ask the seller's agent for dual representation but I think that defeats the purpose of not using an agent.  

Which probably defeats the purpose of the STR loophole, making it pointless to even attempt to claim STRs on CA returns.

You could probably figure it out yourself - however, the purpose of the LLC is to give you additional protection and if they are not set up correctly they are easy to pierce if you run into a legal situation - at which point you've defeated the entire purpose of the LLC in the first place.

I see this as admitting defeat. 

It defeats the the purpose of owning rentals.

There's one reputationally aggressive fund, if not the most aggressive, that's tried to up the ante in QC to create this as they believe it's a threat to USD-- I know you don't-- that even admits it's a far larger reach than the solution for the blockchain fixing itself via latency, soft forks, etc.You do realize if QC becomes scalable and defeats any fork attempt or latency attempt to a blockchain, then all digital security is at risk.

Which is kind of self-defeating.
