My BIL who is an arcade game enthusiast and has multiple arcade/pinball games says they are much better than using traditional arcade games from a repair standpoint.

No matter what your shape, you want to sell lots next to the road first since they take no development.

This year I’m intentionally focused on working with investors and developers in the residential space, particularly those acquiring and repositioning small multifamily properties.My background is in high end residential architecture, where I was deeply involved in day to day operations, client management, and bringing large scale custom builds from concept through construction.

I work with developers often so happy to connect and explore opportunities to share information or collaborate.

I am a first timer, diving into the world of New Condo Development.
