I've been using non smart Schlage BE365 locks for 10 years or so for 2-3 unit buildings I've owned.

We had nothing but problems with the Kwikset, and the Schlage is a commercial type lock.

It helps if you have a system that can integrate and manage all the locks.

So, you want to lock up a property before a seller may realize what it is worth.
