Has anyone used the NREIG Affiliate BiggerPockets endorses for insurance? 

I have never read it, so do not consider this endorsement.

That's weird because Stewart's virtual underwriter website provides a Georgia form “foreclosure due process endorsement” when certified by Tax Title Services.

And for sure even though I work with them in a fairly substantial manner is not just a blanket endorsement that some one should take and not do their own research as you pointed out .
