Hello, Im 17 currently wanting to learn more about wholesaling, Im looking for a mentor or someone valid to help me close my very first deal, I have the motivation to learn but don't have the right tools.

I’ve committed to investing and have the liquidity to explore many options.

Also, I frequently see buyers get deterred from 2-4 units in Berwyn and Cicero due to the village compliance inspection reports, which oftentimes the seller will pass off to the buyer to handle.

UHAUL data shows the most common origin states for residents relocating to the Portland Metro are from:  - Washington- California- Arizona- Idaho- Texas- Colorado- Nevada- Utah- Florida- MontanaNew Portland-area residents from within the state are coming most frequently from Salem, Eugene, Bend, Medford and Corvallis. 

We are out of country but do have the ability to travel frequently.

I haven’t gotten the terms of the title commitment yet.

Lowes seems to be having a big summer sale on appliances, but I typically check Menards and Nebraska Furniture Mart first as they frequently run better prices.

Plan/intentions:After getting a taste of how lucrative real estate investing is, I am committed to doing it long term.
