Google My Maps which is different from Google Maps.

I see they have some google reviews and at least a picture to their name..What is making you question them?

I have two properties that I keep the books for and just use a google drive folder.

I have an accountant who I would prefer not to bug with this, googled with conflicting answers and attempted to search here without luck.

If you want to have an electronic form, iphone's Notes or Google Sheet would do.

The PPC for google leads are where you need to be focused on getting the right ads manager, and spending the money to make sure the leads are coming in.
