Didnt there used to be a zillow search type feature where I can search for listings and sort by Rent:Price ratio or something like that? 

Others would suggest getting yourself set up for the first few months, jot down a list of things you need help with or hate doing (i.e. updating your CRM, paperwork, marketing graphics/material, pre-screening potential clients or leads, etc.)5.

Are there any features you're looking for or are there other problems you are trying to solve that Buildium doesn't solve for you? 

Currently have 40 doors which I self manage and looking to upgrade from the simple Landlordy app I currently use to something with more Features so I can focus on having more free time. 

. - Integrated device (locks/thermostats/etc) features are nice, but with only 2-4 devices included in main subscription a clear upsell on larger rentals. 

A lot of the comments here are referencing dated feature sets.

I've found it very easy to use and helping with keeping everything organized and based on what you're looking for i think this would hit the mark for exactly what you want.Might be worth you looking into if you want access to something that's affordable and has lots of features that I've really liked, and more - especially if you’re unhappy with some of the tools or processes you’re using today with managing your properties which it sounds like you might be.Happy to answer any questions on it, I’ve really enjoyed it.You can just google “Shuk Rentals” and it should be the first thing to pop up.

I use apartments.com to set up the rental payments with the tenants that have a lot of good features and its free.

We use all the screening features and I have no complaints.
