I think it is super important that a broker discloses if they have worked with the lender they are referring you too as this avoids any potential heartbreaks..

It was/is a arrow in 0ne's quiver and you will have a lot of heartbreak from those that dont have the capacity financially to be doing these deals as described..

There were some real heartbreaking stories.

It is a ton of work, a lot of effort, a lot of learning, a lot of heartbreak and frustration, a lot of trial by fire, and I do not think most people have the stomach for it generally.
