I think it is super important that a broker discloses if they have worked with the lender they are referring you too as this avoids any potential heartbreaks.. 

Thank you for sharing your story and exposing the scam and what you went through, as heartbreaking as it is you more then likely may have spared someone else from having to go through the same thing with these two.... until they make a new profile name I guess =/

Those quiet signs are often the first indicators, and it’s heartbreaking how many families struggle silently out of fear or shame.

There were some real heartbreaking stories. 

It was/is a arrow in 0ne's quiver and you will have a lot of heartbreak from those that dont have the capacity financially to be doing these deals as described..

It was heartbreaking to see the work I did covered in soot-smoke. 

It was heartbreaking when we’d send them leases showing rent was $550 from their POS rental after they were under the impression and “getting” $850 month from the “freshly renovated” rental from ocean pointe.

It is a ton of work, a lot of effort, a lot of learning, a lot of heartbreak and frustration, a lot of trial by fire, and I do not think most people have the stomach for it generally. 

My heart breaks for everyone in the area.
