Let's say you're crafting one around your income statement, and you're uploading the document as a .CSV.

Why else would anyone spend all the time and effort to craft such an insightful, detailed post that truly exposes one's deep knowledge of an industry? 

I know a couple on the coast and in the HR market, let me know if you'd like recs.I work with STR investors often and am happy to craft a strategy and run scenarios on properties if that would be helpful!

I don't necessarily think you shouldn't approach the seller with SF as an option, but you need to talk with them and get to know their needs and be able to craft an offer that addresses those.

I scroll through BP and I see seemingly well-meaning, well-crafted posts, but then you see it's from a poster with 1 Post and 0 Votes.

You are correct Stephen, that is why I said there is a process involved with it with the end goal of termination letter.

You would also have an easier time crafting contracts with clients because all the work would be done within your entity.
