I have not been very active on this site but want to start.

I am looking to start with single family but am also interested in multi family.

I'm barely starting my search but I was looking to see if anyone had any pointers or recommendations for me. 

I have attended multiple in person seminars and workshops on how to get started which has made me somewhat abreast to some of the ins and outs of the game (things like wholesale deals, PML, HML, the importance/ convivence of finding off-market deals, fix and flip strategies etc).
