As it happens, the 6 weeks was about a wash which I was not expecting (I was expecting it to take longer and that we would be financially covering some of the vacancy).I do not want to say overall finding the tenant was more difficult than I expected in the off season, but the number of unqualified applicants was by far our worse in a long time.
