Trying to get a bit creative on the mobile home side of things, especially with initial capital restraints. Has anyone here gone the route of buying individual lots, putting utilities on them, and leasing it out to a single mobile home renter with a TOH? Is there demand for this type of setup? Any blindspots I might be having?

Would appreciate any thoughts or feedback. Trying to get creative here.
